“Cleanse with Kaeng Raeng: Jump-Start Your Bikini Bod”

When my go-to site for all healthy and fitness lifestyle matters wrote about the new all natural cleanse, Kaeng Raeng, I instantly wanted to give it a try. A cleanse-virgin prior to Kaeng Raeng I was on the lookout for a simple, yet efficient, cleanse to purge my body after attending one too many events. Founder of Kaeng Raeng, Lindsay Reinsmith directed me to the 3-day beginner cleanse- they also offer a veteran and a master level of cleanse both available in 3 to 6 days package. All of Kaeng Raeng natural cleanses package are USA made, vegan, gluten, dairy and caffeine free. Best of all it is a sustainable product, which perfectly coincides with the timing of my eco-lifestyle transition.

My excitement was slightly deterred when I poured my first package into water, obtaining a lumpy mix. It took me several hours of sitting at my desk to drink my breakfast dose. By the time I finished it, it was lunchtime and time to start a new one right away.

On a positive note, one of the things I enjoyed about the cleanse is that it allows for raw vegetables. So I had some baby carrots while sitting with coworkers for lunch, then brought my lunch mix (barely started) back to my desk. I thought I would have been hungry and cranky by that time, but not at all. However, on my way home I wanted to stop into every shop that would sell me some naughty treats- I guess it was just a temporary, yet classical, case of I-want-what-I-am not supposed-to-have.

In the evening, I had decided I could no longer go for the water/cleanse only mix. I mixed my evening package with soy milk and even though it was not bad at all, I still decided to dig out my blender and try some of their beginner recipes. All blender mixes were so yummy, that I concocted a different one at every meal for the rest of the cleanse. As the days went by, I felt gradually better in my own skin. My face cleared and I had a healthy glow that no one had seen on me in the longest time.

Overall, this was a great experience and I feel fantastic. I did have a lack of energy for the first couple of days, but that subsided and I began to feel lighter and more energetic than ever. I definitely advise it to anyone who feels that their bad eating habits have taken a toll on their system. The cleanse is suggested to be a great way to jump-start a diet and after trying it, I would absolutely vouch for it- as it naturally led to smarter eating choices and the desire to feel healthy.
